Hello!  It’s me.  I was wondering after all this time if you would like to meet….

TO TALK ABOUT BOOKS, DUH?!?!?!  I mean really, what ELSE would we talk about?  Books.  Books all the time.  Books 24/7.  BOOKS BOOKS BOOKS!

And music.  Because they go hand in hand.

Currently playing on my spotify:

I have done almost ZERO reading since the beginning of the month.  OOPS?!  But I’m loving all the blog-hopping and commenting I’ve been doing, so I guess it’s a good trade off.  Hopefully I’ll figure out a new routine and be able to do both.

I decided last night to rewatch TRUEBLOOD, because why not?!  I only own seasons 1-5…but that means I’m only missing 2 seasons, so when I think of it like that, it’s all good!  I haven’t watched Trueblood in a while, so…it’ll be entertaining to go back through and rediscover my love for the series! (at least, that’s what I’m hoping happens!)

How are you all doing?!  What have you been up to?!  What are you listening to, watching, reading, eating, drinking?!?!?!?!?! (I’m a bit nosy, okay?  I refuse to apologize.)

As ALWAYS, click the covers to go to the goodreads pages for each title!

  1. The last few weeks have been pretty productive overall-lots of reading, watched seasons 1-6 of Great British Bake off and season one of Game of Thrones, making me about the last person on the planet to watch these things! Oh and a few films and some DIY around the house. I grabbed the first book in the Future Shock series-hopefully I’ll like that when I get round to reading it.

    • YAY I’m so glad to hear you got out of your reading slump! That’s great news!

Hey, no worries–I think I’ve only seen like three episodes of GoT so far, and have yet to watch Great Britisth Bake Off…. you are not the last! XD

Future Shock is SO SO good, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! 😀 Thank you for stopping by, Chuckles! ❤

  2. Ooh, I love these covers! I’ve heard great things about Matthew Quick’s books but haven’t read one myself yet.
I stopped watching True Blood at season 3, I think, so I definitely need to get back on that soon (though it would be easier for me if it was on Netflix!)
Have a great week and enjoy your books! 🙂

    • Aren’t they soooooo pretty?! I haven’t read Quick yet, either, but have heard awesome things about this one so decided to take a leap.

EVERYTHING would be easier if it was already on Netflix! 😉 Hahaha

Thank you so much for stopping by!

  4. Hi Beth! I only read one book last month so I know your pain. Re-watching Trueblood though sounds amazing. I haven’t watched it in ages and I still haven’t seen the last two series either. I’m currently rewatching Supernatural which just makes me really sad cos the boys are soooo young and naive and no nothing of the pain I know is coming!

Ooow I hope you enjoy Damage Done and Ever Exquisite Thing, I read them earlier this year and loved them. 🙂 great haul!

Hope you get back into reading soon,

    • Hi Rachel, and thank you SO MUCH for stopping by!

I actually was asked to STOP watching Trueblood until I get moved–the guy I’m moving in with wants to rewatch it with me, sooooo… I’ll be rewatching it in a month, I guess! I really should get back on my Supernatural rewatch… SO MANY SHOWS, so little time!
