So… I mosey-waddled my penguin butt over to goodreads earlier ( because #reviewerobligations #Ihadto #it’sacompulsion ) and I got to looking at my goodreads challenges for this year and last year, and…
I am SO CLOSE to reading the same amount…or BEATING! my total from last year. SO I decided, at the last minute, to do the thing…and try to beat myself. Because beating friends is fun, but beating YOURSELF is better. #whateven #Idon’tknow
So. I plan to read 7– YES, SEVEN!– more books before the end of December. Can I do it? I don’t know. I don’t know. I’ll be moving part of that time, so…maybe not? I might fail spectacularly. But that’s what this post is all about–giving myself a mental BOOST! Because I think, if I can get a few good reading days in, I can knock it out of the park. Maybe.
