Loved and Loathed (October 2016)

Penguin2.4

October 2016

YOU GUYS…. I am so tired.  I’m slightly anemic (which reminds me, I forgot to take my vitamin–hang on!)  Okay, as I was saying–I am slightly anemic, which is really not a big deal in my world because I’m slightly anemic pretty much every couple of months (I should just get into the habit of taking a vitamin every day, but…) and while I’m beginning to feel more like myself, I’m still suuuuuuper tired by the end of my work day and have, therefore, taken more naps the last week or so than I usually do.  Oops?

I dressed up for work today!  I don’t have pictures yet, my boss is supposed to send me them sometime–hopefully she remembers!  Which  unfortunately means you cannot oggle me in all my glory.

Of course, my customers had some…interesting…things to say.  See, I stuck some fake flowers down the front of my shirt ( I went as Spring, guys, let’s not make this dirty! )

The first guy that made awkward comments came in and the following happened:

Customer:  Let me rearrange them for you!
Me:  Why, so you can hide my face behind them?
Customer: No, so I can see what’s down there!

Of course, this is the guy who ALSO told me my coworker, from certain angles, looked like she was dressed as a sex toy, so…. ( she was a unicorn, guys )

The SECOND guy came in, was all holly jolly, took a look at me, and goes…

Customer: You got something…growing, there. *gesticulates*
Me: Ayup!
Customer: Does that mean they haven’t been touched in a while?

Basically, my customers are dirty old men.  It made the day interesting, though!  Though most people assumed I was a Flower Child–yay me for thinking outside the box?! XD

Annnnd…yeah, that’s pretty much it.  Let’s get into the wrap up!

I somehow went a little OFF MY FREAKING ROCKER in October and signed up for every possible thing EVAAAAAR!…. and somehow managed to do all the things without stressing myself out too much?!

I read 25 books, guys.  TWENTY.  FIVE.  Do you…How did I even?… I managed to go out with my mom, even, and keep my job, and do other human things like watch Netflix…. How did I do this?!?!?! And can I do it again?! (cause, y’know, why not?)

    • LOLOLOL please don’t put stress or pressure on yourself! I honestly am not sure how I managed to read that many books, save most of them were pretty short and I read SUPER quickly these days. I don’t intend to read this many again in the near future–I’ve a move coming up to worry about!

Hahaha thank you so much for stopping by! Happy book-ing to you! ❤

  2. OMG HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO READ 25 BOOKS??!! I’m so jealous, even on my good month, I only managed to hit around 10 😛 I just finished To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before today I loved it! I love the characters and plot and the family dynamic. I’ll be posting my review tomorrow 😀 and I hope you’re getting better soon, maybe you should take that vitamin regularly. In here we have this medicinal honey (I don’t know if it’s a thing where you live) and it actually helps me maintain my health. Plus, it tastes good 😛 have a wonderful November!

    • I don’t even know?!?!?! If you figure it out, tell me so I can do it again in the future! LOL

I’ve never heard of a medicinal honey….but I’m type 1 diabetic, as well, and honey is sooooo not good on my blood sugars, so it’s not biggie haha.

Thank you so much for stopping by! ❤
