Oh my penguins, guys–I am SO overbooked for the month of October! Why did I do this to myself?! What on EARTH possessed me?! (no, wait, I know the answer to that–books. books possessed me) I mean… on the one hand, I LOVE me a challenge, and this means TONS of reading. BUT. I have a full time job? And a bookstagram account? And other blogging obligations? And… WHY, BETH, WHY?!?! Send help, penguins. Send help now.
My next day off is Friday. I got ONE! day off this last week, and I’m pulling nine days straight. Thankfully, I’m once again getting off at one, which gives me all afternoon and evening to get things done and do the things. It’s…going to be an interesting month. And hard. SO HARD! But I think I’ll manage okay. Keep your fingers crossed for me, though–I might be a little crazier at the end of this than I already am!
I recently reached 500!!! followers on instagram. Thank you SO MUCH everyone who follows me, you guys have no idea how much your support means! I’m SO glad I finally broke down and decided to give it a try–bookstagram is the most beautiful community EVER. Seriously, you guys are the BEST!
One of my customers begged me to run away with him this morning. He just got out of jail. He’s super creepy. I stood there all like, “Hell. No.” Noooo, thank you. Just no. How did the week treat everybody?! Hopefully well, but feel free to share any interesting or funny stories below if you want (you know you want, guys. you want!)
